Join us for a 4-part crockpot cooking class in partnership with Mohawk Valley Community College and sponsored by Excellus. Each participant will receive a crockpot to keep, and together we’ll explore simple, nutritious, and budget-friendly meals that anyone can make at home.

Registration is required as space is limited. Spots will be filled on a first-come basis, and a waitlist will be created once the class is full.
