Embark on a special mission to explore Big J and complete tasks for stickers and rewards, experience the thrill of Azur Lane's Build Simulation, test your luck in the raffle for limited-edition prizes, and meet cosplayers as characters from the game. Fuel your adventure with themed snacks at the Fantail Snack Station, share feedback via the Questionnaire to claim a postcard, and leave your mark on the event’s signature wall!

• Fantail: Check-in counter, stage, signature wall, DJ booth, snack station, stamp rally booths.
• Wardroom: A stamp rally booth (build simulation) and the prize redemption.

Note: Only participants with reservations may access the Fantail and Wardroom. Other museum areas remain open to the public.

1.Reservation Steps

(1) Step 1: Reserve your spot on this Eventbrite page. A confirmation email will be sent if your reservation is available.

(2) ⭐Step 2: Purchase museum tickets in one of two ways:

• Visit the museum's .
• Purchase tickets onsite on the day of the event (available at the Battleship's Ticket Office everyday from 10am to 4pm).

(3) Step 3: Verify your reservation at check-in to receive event-exclusive admission gifts and a wristband for re-entry.

2. The event will open for check in at 10:30 AM. No entry after 4:00 PM.

3. Spots are limited, so attendees are advised to plan their trips carefully. If you need to cancel your travel plans due to changes in your schedule, please cancel your reservation in time. Pursuant to the official regulations of the Battleship New Jersey Museum, all tickets shall not be refundable or exchangeable once purchased.

4. If there are available spots during the event hours, on-site walk-ins will be accepted. Please check the real-time reservation status on the eventbrite page.

5. Apart from the activity area that requires reservations, attendees can still buy ticket to visit other parts of the museum on their own, but they need to abide by the official regulations of the museum and cannot go into unauthorized areas.

1. Appropriate attire for a shipboard environment

• Attendees are advised to dress casually and wear comfortable walking or athletic shoes with non-skid soles. It is strongly suggested that high or thin-heeled and open toe shoes or any article of clothing that might compromise safety be avoided while exploring, as you will be climbing both a high brow to board as well as ladders throughout the ship.
• Attendees are recommended to not wear cosplay costumes.
• No backpacks can be worn aboard the ship, unless they are needed for medical reasons. Please leave all backpacks or oversized bags in your car.

2. Please be civilized during the event, do not litter, and do not make loud noises. In addition, the New Jersey Battleship Museum is a historical site. No one may carry out acts that affect historical sites, such as scratching or defacing, otherwise they shall bear legal responsibilities such as compensation for losses and restoration of the original state.

3. Illegal items (including, but not limited to weapons and drugs) or individuals using illicit substances will not be permitted on board the Battleship New Jersey or on areas/properties owned or used by the Licensor at any time. Appropriate security/law enforcement entities will be called for any individual found using illegal substances while on board the Battleship New Jersey.

4. Notwithstanding any provisions hereinabove, all attendees shall hereby comply with all behavioral regulations imposed by the Battleship New Jersey Museum on general visitors, including but not limited to dress code restrictions, photography-prohibited zones, and artifacts contact limitations.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Privacy Act (S1913) N.J.S.A. § 56:8-161 et seq., the following provisions shall govern the collection and processing of personal data for participants in this event:

(1) Third-Party Platform Obligations

Event registration shall be exclusively conducted through the Eventbrite platform, subject to the Eventbrite Terms of Service (inc. the Eventbrite Privacy Policy).

(2) Scope of Collected Data

Registrants shall provide

(i) Full legal name;

(ii) Year of birth;

(iii) Valid email address.

(3) Purpose Specification

Data collection serves the following legitimate interests:

(i) Identity verification for event access control;

(ii) Age compliance verification;

(iii) Emergency communications regarding event modifications or safety advisories.

2. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding implementation of industry-standard security protocols, the Organizer shall not be held liable for data breaches arising from:

• Force Majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters or armed conflicts;

• Lawful disclosure mandates under judicial process or regulatory requirements;
• Man-in-the-middle attacks facilitated by registrant device vulnerabilities;
• Voluntary disclosure by registrants through non-secure channels;
• Zero-day exploits undetectable through commercially reasonable security measures.

Liability Waiver

❗As an attendee and ticket holder, YOU HEREBY VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS of injury, death, property damage, or other liabilities arising from event participation (including but not limited to ladder climbing, navigating confined spaces, and equipment malfunctions). Individuals with cardiac conditions, pregnancy, mobility impairments, or health issues shall self-assess risks and bear full consequences. You permanently release the organizers, venue providers, and affiliated entities from any claims or legal liabilities, and assume full responsibility for personal belongings loss or damage.

1. For the security of you and other guests, all materials, personal or otherwise, brought onboard may be subject to searching. Large bags, suitcases etc. are discouraged on board, and may be subject to random search upon exiting the battleship New Jersey. At no time should a bag or any item be left unattended on the Battleship New Jersey or the Licensor’s property including the accessways, pier, or Visitor’s Center.

2. All attendees must obtain permission from the Battleship New Jersey for any supplemental items brought on board and must assume sole responsibility for those items during the entire time on the Battleship New Jersey and surrounding property thereof.

3. Safety Guidelines

• Watch Your Step: This is a historic naval vessel, and many surfaces are uneven or include steep ladders. Please use handrails where provided and watch for raised thresholds and narrow passageways. An awareness of possible tripping hazards, marked or unmarked, should be exercised at all times.
• Mind Your Head: Low overhead clearances are common throughout the ship. Pay attention to marked areas to avoid injury.
• Stay on Marked Paths: For your safety, please stay within designated visitor areas and avoid entering restricted zones.
• Weather Precautions: Some areas of the ship are outdoors. Please be cautious in wet or icy conditions, as metal decks may become slippery.
• All attendees are to be aware that the Battleship New Jersey is positioned in a water environment of substantial height and are to exercise appropriate caution while aboard the Battleship New Jersey, particularly at the perimeters. All attendees must not lean over the side rails or any open, exposed railings at any point on the ship.
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the event areas. Any individual deemed to be intoxicated by an authorized representative of the Licensor may be removed by escort from the ship and off the property.

4. The safety, security, and privacy of the visitors, employees, volunteers and other persons at the Battleship NJ Museum and Memorial is a priority. As such, use of drones or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) within the waters and land of the Battleship NJ is strictly prohibited unless a request to operate a drone is received ten (10) days prior to date for the flight(s), and approval is issued in writing by the Battleship NJ. In case of an emergency, look for staff members or volunteers, who are easily identifiable by their uniforms and badges. First aid is available onboard.

1. Azur Lane-themed light refreshments will be provided during the event. All food and beverages are supplied by third-party vendors. The organizers have made reasonable efforts to ensure food safety but cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood). Participants assume all consumption risks.

2. ❗Important Notice❗ The allergen list provided is a non-exhaustive compilation based on primary ingredients. Allergen Alert: Flour, sugar, corn oil, butter, coffee, chocolate, Earl Grey tea, Longjing (green tea), blueberry, vanilla extract, milk, almond flour. While we strive to identify major allergens, we cannot guarantee the absence of other potential allergens due to shared preparation areas.

3. Attendees with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions should refrain from consuming potential allergens. The organizers shall bear no liability for health issues arising from unauthorized consumption.

4. Attendees expressly:

(a) Acknowledgement of potential allergens in event food;

(b) Voluntarily assume all risks associated with consumption;

(c) Permanently release organizers, venue providers, and vendors from any legal claims or financial compensation demands related to food allergies or safety issues.

5. In case of sudden health emergencies, onsite staff will assist with medical evacuation. However, all related medical expenses and ancillary liabilities shall be borne exclusively by the affected individual.

Unless the attendee explicitly refuses, otherwise participation in the event is deemed as consent to on-site recording, and grants the permission but not obligation for the organizer and other participants to use, reproduce, and distribute recorded media in perpetuity without compensation for purposes such as event promotion.

In the case of outstanding conditions (such as but not limited to severe weather), the event may be adjusted or cancelled without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.

1. Accessibility Limitations: Due to the ship's historic design, certain areas may not be fully accessible to individuals with limited mobility. However, we strive to accommodate all visitors.

2. Elevator Access: The main deck of the battleship is accessible via elevator. Please ask staff for assistance. There are no elevators once onboard the battleship.

3. Wheelchair Assistance: Loaner wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Alternative Experiences: If access to certain parts of the ship is not feasible, virtual and video tours are available in the wardroom lounge.

5. Companion Assistance: Visitors requiring assistance are encouraged to bring a companion to help navigate the ship.
