Tiny Hands, Big Hearts Workshop: Art, Sound Healing & Reiki
Join us for a magical "Mommy" & Me workshop where healing begins with love and creativity. Stephanie of Stephanie Locchetta Art will join forces with Katlyn of Katlyn Hanover Healthy Lifestyle Coaching to bring you an unforgettable experience.
Tiny Hands, Big Hearts is a nurturing experience designed to connect caregivers and children through story, art, and energy. We’ll begin by reading “Kindness Is My Superpower” by Alicia Ortego, a beautiful book on being kind. From there, we’ll dive into an intuitive art project, allowing little hands and big hearts to co-create something meaningful and full of joy.
Our time together will also include a gentle sound healing session, inviting calm and connection, followed by a sprinkle of Reiki energy to soothe and support both you and your child’s energetic well-being.
Leave with full hearts, colorful creations, and cherished memories made in a space of peace and love.
