The Blessing of the Backpacks

As part of this all age service we will be praying especially for everyone who will be starting new things when the new term begins. This might be a new class at college, school or nursery, or maybe a new job if you are an adult.

Whatever it is, you are invited to bring along one or two of those special things that equip you – a backpack, pencil case, lunchbox or water bottle etc – so that we can ask God to equip you too, and go with you every day.
