Silver Swan adult ballet has been changing lives for nearly a decade. This simple but challenging program allows you time and space to discover how you body mechanics work, helping you to improve your posture, balance and mobility, all whilst making new friends.
This course is built off the back of three years of research between Royal Academy of Dance and Roehampton University. It is designed to help you retrain how you use your body and hold yourself, which will affect how you feel and how you cope. It is specifically designed to take into account the body as it passes age 55 so additional training is undertaken by Silver Swan teachers to be able to include those with long term conditions, those who are rehabilitating, those who are rusty or those who didn't have the chance to start earlier.
