Join me for a playful, fun-filled yoga session to help occupy your child's mind and inspire them through the wonders of yoga.
This special one-off class is designed for explorers aged 7+ and their grown-ups. We'll journey through a creative yoga obstacle course filled with balance challenges, dance, breathwork, music, and games. Expect laughter, teamwork, and plenty of silliness along the way.
If you're new to my classes, I'm Laura, an inclusive children’s yoga teacher with a background in adaptive movement and wellbeing. My sessions are relaxed, welcoming, and rooted in child-led curiosity and connection.
Family yoga is simply yoga done together. Adults don’t need any experience – just a willingness to join in, be playful, and enjoy some mindful time with your child.

This session is open to all children aged 7+, younger siblings are welcome to join for free. Please book a ticket for each child and adult attending. All profits to go to Sunflower SEND Hub.
