Start with an invigorating and mindful vinyasa flow, set to uplifting music. Expect to build gentle heat to harness the summer season's energy. Then, to let go and cool down, you will be guided into longer-held yin postures, allowing for profound release in your mind and muscles, inviting in a sense of inner peace and relaxation.
