Millet Soirée

Millet Soirée is an intimate, one-evening supper club that brings South India’s ancient grains to the centre of the table - thoughtfully, quietly, and with intention.

For centuries, millets have been woven into everyday South Indian cooking - nourishing, resilient, and deeply connected to the land. At Millet Soirée, these heirloom grains are reimagined through a carefully curated, multi-course menu that honours tradition while embracing modern expression.

Each course highlights a different millet, progressing gently from light, comforting beginnings to bold, soulful mains and a delicate, nostalgic finish. Familiar flavours - kosumalli, paniyaram, biryani, and more - are presented with refined technique and elegant plating, allowing the ingredients and their stories to take the lead.

This is not a festival or a buffet, but a shared table experience. Seating is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy, pacing, and connection - inviting guests to slow down, savour, and engage with the food as it unfolds course by course.
