Rochelle Richardson (owner operator of Health 2000 Matamata) & Tracy Kidd (Life Coach) would like to invite you to our 3 week get together to discuss and share about all things menopause.
Maybe you’ve been having a really rough time and are feeling isolated and alone?
Maybe you think you’re going crazy, feel constantly irritated, feel hot and angry or emotional and frustrated. Maybe you feel triggered and truly ‘out of sorts’. Maybe you have unexplained aches and pains?

We are making these get togethers small so that everyone gets a chance to share and learn. 5 people max.
We have some awesome people coming to share their knowledge including a homeopath and an essential oils professional plus we’ll be offering tools and helpful links to give you as much info as possible.

To be held at Health 2000, Arawa Street, Matamata
Cost $30 for all three weeks.
We’d like you commit to all three weeks to keep the group energy and connection contained.
