We’ll begin with a 30-minute talk exploring what fermented foods are, how they support digestion and immunity, and why they’ve been cherished across cultures for centuries.
Next, it’s time to get hands-on! During a one-hour practical session, you’ll learn step-by-step how to make your own sauerkraut from scratch. Each participant will prepare and jar their own batch to take home.
We’ll finish with a delicious 30-minute tasting experience featuring a variety of homemade fermented foods. Sample creations such as sauerkrauts, kimchi, fermented cashew spread, miso chocolate truffles, kombucha, water kefir, fermented ketchup, and more.
Whether you’re completely new to fermentation or looking to expand your skills, this workshop will leave you confident, inspired, and excited to incorporate more gut-friendly foods into your daily life.
