As always, we are so excited to welcome local nutrition coach Melissa Dross, representing Disciplined Nutrition, back to the farm to talk all about how nutritious those fall squash & pumpkins can be!! She will be able to discuss how to prepare your pumpkins in a realistic way, answer any nutrition/lifestyle questions that you may have, provide you with recipe ideas that will fit with your family, & connect with our Emily's visitors in a personal setting!! This is a free session and ALL ages & lifestyles are welcome!!
