Grief cafe

On the 3rd of November we are opening our doors for our first grief cafe, this will be led by Becky Thomas who has expensive experience in the bereavement sector.

Bereavement, grief and loss can cause many many different symptoms, and they affect people in different ways, there's no right or wrong way to feel.

We hope this time and space will allow those suffering bereavement and loss a place to find support with others sharing a similar experience.

There is no booking requirement, everyone is welcome.

Refreshments will be available.
