Fall Back Flow: A 2-Hour Yoga Reset for Body & Mind
Sunday 26th October 9.30 -11.30 @gwithian and Gwinear Parish Hall
As the clocks turn back and the evenings draw in, this is your gentle invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Fall Back Flow is a calm and nourishing 2-hour yoga session created especially for this seasonal shift — a space to move with care, quiet the mind, and deeply rest.
Whether you’re feeling the pace of life picking up, or just craving some stillness, this session will help you reset your nervous system and soften into the changing season.
What to Expect:
We'll begin with a gentle, mindful flow — slow, fluid movements linked with steady breath to ease out tension and bring you back into your body. There's no pressure to push or perform — just space to move in a way that feels right for you.
From there, we'll shift into guided mindfulness and breath awareness, helping you settle your mind and feel more grounded.
We’ll finish with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra (guided lying-down meditation) to invite total relaxation. This practice is perfect for supporting sleep, hormonal balance, and calming the nervous system — like pressing the reset button from the inside out.
Why This Matters:
This weekend, the clocks go back. While it may feel like we’re “gaining an hour,” what we really gain is a chance to pause — to reflect, to rest, and to realign with what matters.
This is your time.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket, cushion, or anything that helps you feel cosy during relaxation
Warm layers — think socks, jumpers, scarves
