Second-Annual ’Couve to Columbia Relay Walk/Run

During Active Aging Week, Touchmark at Fairway Village residents and team members will lace up for a 10-mile relay that celebrates community, vitality, and joy. With six teams of spirited runners and walkers—ranging in age from 72 into their 90s—this event highlights the power of movement, friendship, and fun at every stage of life. From creative team names and costumes to cheering fans and a lively medal ceremony on the waterfront, the relay is both a celebration of active aging and a reflection of the Pacific Northwest’s rich culture of outdoor activity and relay tradition.
