Let’s paint in downtown Camarillo at St. Mary Magdalen Chapel.
Park in the parking lot on the west side of the chapel.
No restroom at the chapel. (Old Town Smoothie Bar is a block away, if you’d like to stop in there and purchase something.)
Also few blocks away is Farmers’ Market in Studio Channel Island's parking lot from 8am to noon.
VC LMK No. 22 St. Mary Magdalen Chapel
The chapel architecture is Spanish Neo-Classic and is noted for its barrel vault. It has fourteen stained glass windows commissioned from a Munich, Germany factory. Built as a chapel for the Camarillo family in 1913, a family crypt is under the building. It became a parish church in 1940. Architect: A. C. Martin.
