Step into spring with Fire & Bliss and celebrate the Spring Equinox in a yoga workshop filled with warmth, movement, and feel-good energy.
As the days grow brighter and nature begins to bloom, this is your invitation to gently shake off winter and reconnect with your spark, including your body, mind, and of course, community. ✨
We’ll start by landing together with grounding practices, then flow through steady, strengthening movement to build confidence and stability. From there, we’ll soften into gentle openings that create space, ease, and a sense of lightness. All that will be woven together with playful moments to awaken your senses and lift your mood. ❤️
We’ll close with a deeply nurturing Yoga Nidra, allowing you to fully rest, reset, and plant intentions for the season ahead. It’s a time to melt, dream, and soak in the goodness you’ve created.
Come as you are, all levels welcome. You'll have an opportunity to move with joy, breathe deeply, and step into spring feeling refreshed, connected, and glowing from within.
