headspace Caloundra is running an ACTive Minds group at our new centre in Caloundra!This group is for young people seeking to better understand and manage their difficult thoughts and feelings, improve coping skills and become more confident and comfortable in social situations.

Learn about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), its benefits, and engage in group discussions through interactive activities and relatable examples.Can't attend all sessions? No stress, you can opt in and out as you please. Each session will have a different focus providing you with skills to add to your toolkit!
