About the event

Create Up-Late: 'Message as a Vessel' Collage Workshop

Participants will be guided by exhibiting finalist, Si Yi Shen, to craft a personal message to themselves or someone they love, without using words. Inspired by Shen's artwork, Embrace, participants will work with a curated archive of floral cut-outs, emojis, and symbolic fragments drawn from her ongoing practice and assemble a visual message in the form of a still life work on paper.

This workshop embraces the non-verbal, allowing shape, colour and composition to serve as vessels for expression.

All materials will be provided. $40 per person. Places are limited, so bookings are essential.

Cash bar available for drink purchases and complimentary nibbles will be provided.
