headspace Caloundra is running an ACTive Minds group at our new centre in Caloundra!
This group is for young people seeking to better understand and manage their difficult thoughts and feelings, improve coping skills and become more confident and comfortable in social situations.
Can't attend all sessions? No stress, you can opt in and out as you please. Each session will have a different focus providing you with skills to add to your toolkit!
No need to bring anything but yourself and you don't even need to be a client to attend. No referral needed, just enter your details and register for your ticket!
