Sorry it took so long to put together one of Black and Gold's most anticipated annual event, the Winter Weekend Getaway 2026. Thank you for your patience. We had some well published issues with location, but I'm happy to say we welcome you back to the Villa Roma Resort and Conference Center for the 6th straight year. We are proud to announce there is no price increase from last year! Now, you all know the routine.
There are 170 rooms in the main building
The rooms are first come, first served basis
We would like to accommodate anyone with special needs (handicap) in the main building, but you have to respond ASAP to your B&G representative. Once the main building is sold out, we'll assign you to a handicap rooms in one of the other buildings
If you are a returning guest and have a special request for a room, please specify
Suites & 1 and 2 bedrooms apartments are available for an additional price
There are 23 other buildings on the premises
Buildings 1 & 2 are reserved
Buildings 1 - 6 are behind the main building
Buildings 7 - 10 are across the street from the front of the main building and behind pizza shop
Last year we sold out Main Building and buildings 1 - 16 (excluding 11)
24 hour van service is available on the premises throughout the weekend
Please adhere to the tight payment schedule
1st payment before or on Oct 25th
2nd payment Nov 22nd
Final payment Jan 3rd
There's an additional fee for buses leaving from Albany, Hartford, Philly, Camden, Maryland due to the cost of the bus.
