In this class, you’ll learn how to break free from some of the most dangerous and terrifying situations: chokes, grabs, and abduction attempts. You’ll build the skills and reflexes to escape a predator’s grip and strike with precision when seconds matter.

Our approach is simple, effective, and built for real life—not choreographed martial arts. Whether you're grabbed from behind, pinned, or dragged, you'll learn how to create space, fight back, and take control of the outcome.

Led by expert instructors, this class covers:

• Escapes from front and rear chokes, bear hugs, and wrist grabs
• Defensive striking to stun and disable your attacker
• How to use leverage, positioning, and mindset to your advantage
• Drills that build muscle memory and instinctual responses
