KIDS Blacklight Yoga
This isn't your typical yoga class! Blacklight yoga is GLOW in the DARK yoga!
Kids ages 4 - 10 will do yoga under black lights in a darkened room. Movement and mindfulness activities help kids practice developing body and breath awareness in a fun and low key environment.
White or light colored clothing is recommended to get the full effect of the black lights.
Dress comfortably. Bring a mat and a water bottle (mats available to borrow).
