Arm Balance (Crow Pose) Workshop

Join Xander of X.Flow Yoga in The Coop Studio at Magic Held Here for an energizing arm balance workshop where we’ll use Crow Pose as our foundation and launchpad. Through Crow, we’ll explore techniques to build strength, stability, and confidence, then take flight into a few other arm balances. Step-by-step hands-on guidance will help you find both grounding and lift, no matter where you are in your practice. As we move toward the Fall Equinox, we’ll reflect on balance both on and off the mat. We'll come together to play, challenge ourselves, and discover our own unique sense of equilibrium.

Cost: $30 per participant. Registration is required, and our studio is an intimate space. This workshop is open to 8 participants.
