What to Bring
Simply arrive with an open mind and heart. Wear comfortable clothing and consider bringing:
A journal for recording insights
A bottle of water
A light blanket or shawl
Any personal sacred objects that represent fire to you (optional)
General Guidelines:
· This is an In-Person Event at Arts & Crafts: Botanica & Occult Shop in Pittsburgh, PA
· Each Event has a scheduled start time which we will adhere. Please be on time.
· The event will end when it ends (usually within an hour and a half - two hrs, but I make no promises) so please clear a healthy amount of time for yourself in your schedule when attending our event. I refuse to be rushed especially where spirit and healing is involved. Please feel free to leave quietly at your leisure.
· Please dress comfortably. Also, consider bringing a journal to record your thoughts and experiences in while they are still fresh in your mind.
· Our Meditation Sessions are open to everyone age 16 and older. However, Minors must have a Parent or Guardian present to consent to their participation.
· Silence, stillness and mindfulness of other participants is a requirement to participate. Therefore; all microphones MUST be muted during the meditation.

· All fees are Non-Refundable
