🌌 Family & Systemic Constellations Evening Workshop
Creating space for systemic change through Constellations & Yoga
“It’s a fascinating process and Katie held the space with warmth, clarity, intuition and care. … One notable thing to me was how the issue holders looked quite transformed – lighter, happier, ten years younger – as a result of working through the process.”
Family Constellations is a profound and revealing process that helps uncover unconscious patterns and inherited influences shaping our experiences. Grounded in systemic therapy and ancestral healing, this approach explores how our personal challenges are often linked to our wider family system — and how including what has been left out allows new movement and ease to emerge.
This is a somatic, experiential practice that invites presence, courage, and a willingness to engage with the body’s wisdom. Unlike traditional talk-based approaches, constellations work through experience — using movement and representation rather than analysis.
At the heart of this work is a movement towards wholeness — restoring belonging in the family system, and within ourselves.
It mirrors the essence of Yoga, which means to yoke, to unite, to become whole again.
Both practices create space for systemic change: in the body, in relationships, and in life itself.
Do you ever feel:
• Stuck or held back, despite your best efforts
• Repeating similar patterns in relationships, career, or creativity
• Disconnected from motivation, purpose, or belonging
• Weighed down by family history, responsibility, or emotion that isn’t fully yours
• Curious about how the past still shapes your present — and what might shift if it’s seen clearly
What to Expect
🕕 6:15 – 9:15pm
• Arrival, short meditation, and group connection exercise
• Two Constellations:
One guaranteed issue-holder place (book in advance)
One chosen by “the field” on the night
• Closing circle and shared reflection
You don’t need to bring an issue to attend.
As a Representative, you may be invited to step into the place of a family member, ancestor, or even an archetype such as Love, Fear, or Nature. Many people find their most profound insights come through representing rather than being the issue-holder.
You can also attend simply as a Witness, holding space and receiving understanding through others’ stories.
Family Constellations Can Support You In:
• Unravelling family or relationship challenges
• Healing patterns around parents, love, or belonging
• Addressing money, food, or self-worth issues
• Releasing inherited stress, anxiety, or health concerns
• Finding clarity in career, creativity, or life direction
• Making peace with what’s behind you, so you can move freely towards what’s next
Katie’s Approach
I offer Family Constellations in a grounded, practical way, shaped by both professional training and real-life experience.
I’ve completed all core and advanced training with the Centre for Systemic Constellations (CSC), including specialist training in Couples & Intimate Systems.
With a Psychology degree, a corporate background as a London headhunter, and over a decade in wellbeing as a Senior Yoga Teacher, I bridge the professional and the embodied.
I also come from a large blended family, am both a mother and stepmother, and have lived through inter-racial marriage, divorce, and loss.
These experiences help me meet people with empathy, humour, and real understanding.
My approach is direct, supportive, and down-to-earth.
I create a safe space where transformation can unfold naturally — whether you are bringing an issue, representing, or witnessing.
Venue
Held in the Wellness Studio at Stone Rock Lodge, a family-run retreat space in the centre of Chepstow.
Stone Rock Lodge also offers a restaurant, bar, wood-fired sauna, and rooms for overnight stays.
This circle marks a personal return for me. I moved to Wales at age five, living in Abergavenny until I was fourteen before moving to the Wye Valley and attending Wyedean School in Chepstow
Three of my siblings were born in Abergavenny, where two are also buried alongside my maternal grandmother.
It’s where I developed my love of nature — horse riding, walking, and swimming in rivers — roots that continue to inform my connection to this work and to the land itself.
Community and Ongoing Circles
I run regular monthly circles in Bristol for those who wish to keep exploring and integrating this work within a supportive community.
It’s also my intention to offer more regular circles in Chepstow.
If you can’t make this date but are interested in future events, please get in touch to express your interest.
