Join us Saturday, October 4th from 5-7 PM at the Calais Skatepark for the 2025 Memorial Jam, hosted by the Brendan Leddy Memorial Fund. This free, all-ages event welcomes all experience levels and brings the community together for an evening of action sports, fun, and remembrance.
Action Sports Jam - Skateboarding, scootering, BMX, and rollerblading, with prizes for top riders and giveaways for both participants and spectators. It’s free to enter, so bring your skills-or just come cheer everyone on!
We’ll also have free youth skate lessons, bounce houses, kids' games, and concessions available by donation. Thinking about trying it out for the first time? We’ve got skateboards, a scooter, and a BMX bike available for anyone to use, along with helmets and pads - all free of charge.
Local skate shop Undertow (from Machias) will be set up at the park with gear and products for sale, so you can grab something new or support a local business while you're there.
This event is held in loving memory of our fallen CSC members, Brendan Leddy and Matthew Doten. As always, 10% of all funds raised go right back into the community to support mental health initiatives, suicide awareness, recovery services, and mental health programs for Veterans.
Come ride, remember, and give back. We hope to see you there!
