Peak Pilates®️ Comprehensive Certification – Level I
The Peak Pilates®️ Comprehensive Certification is a three-level modular program designed to provide the highest quality, authentic Pilates education. This foundational course covers all major Pilates equipment, including the mat, reformer, tower, chairs, barrels, and auxiliary apparatus. The program offers a classical Pilates education, emphasizing Pilates as an integrated movement system—true to the original method developed by Joseph Pilates.
Program Structure
The certification is delivered in a modular format across three levels, allowing students to progress at their own pace. Each level is divided into specific modules, typically held on Friday and Saturday. A certificate is awarded at the completion of each level, contingent upon:
Full attendance of all modules

Submission of logged practical hours
To earn the Full Comprehensive Certification, students must complete all levels, pass all assessments, and submit all required hours.
