Cellar to Table

Cellar to Table promises to be a culinary event like no other with incredible cuisines curated by a member of WV Cooks. Cellar to Table will showcase WV’s culinary heritage, locally sourced ingredients and West Virginia made value added products. The menu this year starts with appetizers of hot buttermilk cornbread with maple-honey butter, followed by early spring green salad. The main course includes apple cider braised pork shoulder, maple-blackberry glazed chicken with sides of roasted late-winter roots, herb and bacon green beans, buttermilk mashed potatoes & gravy, ramp and cheddar cornbread. For dessert, blueberry-lemon bars, blackberry wine cake. Tickets are $60 each and there are limited spots available! Overnight package price is 299.99 per couple.
