Plan Requirements:
- Clear Vision, Mission, and Objectives.
- Clear, detailed SWOT Analysis with proposed solutions.
- Detailed Job analysis for all of your Committee Job.
-Detailed Communication System ( HR Heads only)
- Estimated Financial Plan If there is
- Action Plan which contains:
1- Schedule for all events and phases during the season, including members and participants recruitment, mega, charity, sports and any other events.
2- Academic Program. ( PM only )
3- Time-Plan for all phases.
- Risk management plans.
- Season targeted results.
- New ideas introduced to increase perceived value.
- Don't hesitate to add propose ideas or thoughts you think will be a valuable addition to the Plan.
