Sarah and Kate invite you to join them for a gentle, restorative experience where movement, sound and touch come together to help you release tension, calm your mind and tune into the quiet wisdom of your body and heart.

You’ll move into yin poses that invite stillness, sink into sound healing vibrations that settle your nervous system and explore EFT tapping as a practical way to release stress and shift energy.

This isn't about doing more, it's simply a space for you to be held and to receive.
