This program is designed to transform absolute beginners into well-rounded, confident, and strong Muay Thai fighters, regardless of experience, fitness level, or physical attributes. Our last challenges had participants aged 16 to 50+, ranging from fitness enthusiasts to those stepping into a Muay Thai gym for the first time!

This challenge for everyone, regardless of size or background.
