This world mental health month Functional fitness community Fitstop is inviting locals to take part in Sweat For A Cause on Saturday October 11—a free nationwide workout in support of the Mental Awareness Foundation.

By registering you’ll power their target of 10000 participants moving together which will see Fitstop donate $10000 towards life-saving mental health programs across the country. 

No membership needed — just show up ready to move and instantly be part of a community that believes in stronger bodies stronger minds and stronger connections. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring your friends your family and your energy.
