WHAT IT IS
The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership development program organized by Rotary clubs and districts. It features presentations, workshops, and experiential activities designed to inspire, challenge, and empower young people to become effective, compassionate leaders in their schools and communities.
WHO IT'S FOR
This year’s RYLA is open to young people aged 14 to 17 who demonstrate leadership potential, initiative, and a genuine desire to make a difference — not just those who are at the top of their class.
SPONSORSHIP
Participants are selected and sponsored by local Rotary clubs, which cover the registration fee and other necessary expenses.

COST
The registration fee is ₱3,000 per delegate, typically shouldered by the sponsoring Rotary club.
