Womens Wellness Afternoon

Join both Create Caerphilly and MIss Victorias Dance Studio for an afternoon of relaxation and reflextion. A perfect combination of both creativity and gentle activity to connect and explore routes to wellness.The afternoon will include creative journaling, yoga/strength conditioning and some breathwork exercises to be able to fully immerse yourself in relaxation. There will be a short break with light refreshments included. The cost is inclusive of all activities and materials and the sessions will be based over both of the studios. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and you are welcome to bring a yoga mat and water bottle if you want to. There is plenty of free onsite parking and both studios have toilet facilities.
