For fans of heavier rock, grunge, etc. with aspects of the classic 90s alternative scene, the band has drawn comparisons with Audioslave, Nirvana, Deftones, Smashing Pumpkins and Tool to name a few.
Established in 2008 Recluse have released 3 studio albums and currently recording their 4th. Expect a mix of some of their long standing live favourites and some new tracks to make an appearance for the first time at this show.
Lava Delta
From the eternal precipice of mediocrity in an egocentric music industry inspired by cat Tik Tok videos, Lava Delta were born to do something a little differently.
After the disbanding of Cardiff band Loaded Jones, Joe Llewellyn (vocals/guitar) and Matt Watkins (bass/vocals) joined forces with Dan Tilbury (drums) to create Lava Delta, a stripped down, fresh-sounding band for a generation needing reminding that music doesn’t need to be pigeon-holed and that groove is in the heart.
Having played as members of Hyperdelics, Desensitized, Nightmares from the Discotheque, singer/songwriter Christopher Rees' band, Redlands Palamino Company, LD bring experience, energy, dynamism and originality to their music. A guitar/bass/drums trio rooted in rock but encorporating funk, blues, soul, bluegrass and hip hop influences, Lava Delta aren’t a band like any other.
For fans of Supergrass, Primus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Led Zeppelin, The Jam, The Clash, Steely Dan…
Head Noise
Retro synthpop, eclectic mix that's too nerdy for the cool kids and too cool for the nerds, but you will love them.
