Caerphilly Woodlands Trust are offering three FREE guided forest bathing sessions, to give people the chance to slow down, reconnect with nature, and support their wellbeing.
Forest bathing (also known as Shinrin-yoku) is a gentle, mindful experience in nature. It's about moving slowly, using the senses, and taking time to notice and breathe. No experience needed!
These sessions are usually £15, but these three are completely free thanks to funding.
What to expect:
🌿A calm, guided session led by a trained facilitator
🌿An invitation to engage your senses
🌿Time to pause, reflect and relax
🌿A friendly, non-judgemental space
