10th Anniversary Handicap Run

A special edition of our usual monthly event - 10th Anniversary Handicap Run.
Organised by all former and present race directors - Carl, John, David, Sara and Tom.
Event open to all former and present Caerphilly Runners! All abilities welcome and encouraged!
We invite also kid's club members and their parents to take a part (2k distance)!

What is handicap race and how does it work? Based on times given to me the runner with 5k time around e.g 40 min starts first and the runner with declared time around 20 min starts last. If all runners ran according to their declared times, everyone would finish together. The winner is the first person who crosses the line.

We would need at least 5 marshals on a course - please let us know if you are available.

If you have not run the handicap in the last 3 years, Please submit your most recent 5k time in comments.
