✨ Why a personal practice can support stress relief, focus, emotional regulation & recovery
✨ How to build something sustainable instead of another thing you “should” do.
Then, we’ll bring it to life with:
🧘♀️ A quiet, self-led meditation
🌙 A guided meditation to help you settle more deeply
What to bring:
• A mat or something comfortable to sit/lie on
• Optional: a small item from nature (stone, leaf, plant, etc.) that helps you feel grounded in your space
