This competition is a KCBS One Meat Contest with two categories:
🍖 Pork Butt
🍖 Pork Ribs
👉 What’s a KCBS One Meat Competition?
It’s the perfect way for teams to gain experience and still earn KCBS Team of the Year points. Instead of cooking all four standard meats, teams compete in just one (or in this case, two categories – Pork Butt & Ribs) while following the official KCBS Master Series rules for cooking and judging.
