Lightweight Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the Act we are unable to hold our AGM until the completion of the financial year (31st December) and the financials audited as the audit report must be presented.

As such please be advised that our 2026 AGM will be held on Saturday 31st January 2026 at 12.30pm at Byford and Districts Country Club.

All directors positions will be becoming vacant, so please apply within. Nomination for the director positions must be received by 5pm on January 30th 2026.

We also are requiring a number of support positions including Canteen Manager, Bar Manager, OC of Flags, Race Secretary to name a few.

All Position Details will be emailed out to everyone again within the next few days
