How to Create and Run a Workshop for your Business

This hands-on 3-hour session is made for small business owners just like you!

Kate will guide you step-by-step to design and deliver a workshop that feels natural, engaging and maybe even open a new revenue stream or marketing channel for your business.

You’ll learn how to:
- Choose a topic that truly connects with your audience
- Turn your skills or expertise into an engaging workshop format
- Keep participants involved and engaged through interactive activities that make your session memorable
- How to manage timing, confidence and group energy
- You’ll leave with a mini workshop ready to test at Co.Lab in 2026 with the confidence to share what you know with others.

This workshop is facilitated by Kate Rodgers from Commonsight, a trained educator and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator with 20+ years helping people design learning experiences that really work.

Ticket includes light catering and all resource materials.

This workshop will run based on minimum participation of 6 people.
