"Journey To Self" Women's Empowerment Workshop Series 1/6

Do you wish to feel more confident?
Would you like to know how to honor that still quiet voice inside of you?
Can you imagine living as if the very core of your being was sacred?

Join Marybeth Truran, LMHC of Harbor Healing Arts and Ellyn Dent, RN of Ray of Light Health for a 6-month women’s journey to the Sacred Self.

Explore healing practices including sound and art therapy, as well as Reiki, Energy Medicine, Mindfulness, Jungian Depth and Ecopsychology.

Gain self-awareness, confidence, and communication skills.
Learn how to stand up for your beliefs and challenge the status quo.
Tackle your fears in a safe space, while learning to manage vulnerability and improve self care.

Workshops take place monthly from November through April from 12 – 4 pm in The Sanctuary, directly across the hall the Ray Of Light Health, upstairs in the Wellness Wing at 1 Trowbridge Place, Bourne, MA.

Exchange: $150, attend the first five and the 6th one is on us!
