Discover the benefits of mindfulness and walking in nature to health and well-being in everyday life. Mindfulness trainer and volunteer ranger, Mike Pupius and sound expert, Charlotte Swain, will offer an opportunity to truly appreciate the peace and tranquillity of the upper reaches of the Dove Valley, Sheen Hill, Pilsbury Castle and Carder Low.
Several simple mindfulness tools and techniques such as sense foraging and the Five Pathways to Nature Connection will be introduced for you to experience.
