OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
GLIDERS SWIMMING TEAM SWIM CAMP 2025

The Gliders Swimming Team is set to hold a 3-day swim camp on July 25, 26, and 27, 2025, featuring a special guest coach — Coach Cyrus Alcantara, Head Coach of the UST Tigersharks and QC Waves Swim Club, Inc.

This specialized training camp will cover a wide range of topics, including:

• Stroke Technique Clinics
• Dryland Training
• Mental Skills Development
• Nutrition for Swimmers
• And other advanced swim education modules.

The camp is part of the Gliders’ continuing commitment to provide high-level training experiences to support the growth and development of its swimmers.
