Ballet 1.5 with Lela

This is an Intermediate Classical Ballet class, taught with classical terminology, in the traditional class format. Perfect for those who have taken Ballet before and want a little more challenge. Focus is on intermediate technique, Barre work & Center Floor. Build core strength, flexibility & grace.
