In this 4-week small-group workshop, Registered Nurse and women’s health coach Mandi Bruno will guide you through movement, mindset, and science-backed strategies for navigating midlife with confidence.
Each 75-minute session blends education with experiential practice—because knowing why is only half the story; feeling it in your body is where change begins. You’ll explore strength training, nourishing nutrition, slow flow yoga, and calming breathwork—all designed to help you lift, fuel, and ground yourself through the hormonal shifts of this stage.

Mandi Bruno is a Registered Nurse and perimenopause coach dedicated to helping women thrive in midlife. With over 20 years experience in women's health, Mandi has seen firsthand how overlooked and misunderstood this stage of life can be. After witnessing countless women struggle in silence - dismissed by the healthcare system or told that their symptoms were "just part of aging" - Mandi felt called to create a more supportive, empowering path forward.Blending her medical background with a whole-person approach, Mandi focuses on evidence-based strategies that go beyond symptom management. She helps women build resilience through strength training, balanced nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle modifications designed to support both body and mind.Mandi believes that midlife is not the beginning of decline, but an opportunity to redefine health and vitality.
