Moonlight Float

Enjoy a 6 mile float or paddle in and paddle out trip in the pale full moonlight on a canoe or kayak with us at Thaxton’s! Arrive and check-in at 8:00 p.m. Launch at dusk. A hoodie or light water proof jacket and headlamp or small flashlight are commonly suggested items to bring. Once on the water, lights out, your eyes will adjust & the full moon provides enough light! Return by midnight. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
