This is a supplemental program that focuses on skill development, speed/agility, injury prevention, and strength. This program has been well attended and has received positive feedback over the past 15 years!

Players 2015-2012 and 2011-2007 are invited to participate. This program is open to ALL players regardless of club and school affiliation.

Girls 2007-2011 will train from 4-6pm (cost $540)
Girls 2012-2015 will train from 6-7:45pm (cost $475)

*There will be no Steel teams training on Fridays so there will be no conflict between Steel teams and Process*
