Free Dog Training Session

Dog trainer David J. Henon of University of Pets will give a FREE training session. Bring your dog to go over basic commands and how it can help solve many behavior issues. Learn about the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen and how it can help you get discounts on your homeowners policy and how your dog can become a therapy dog.

**Dogs must be human and dog friendly. Agression can be discussed with David one on one.

David Henon, the owner of University of Pets is certified in Canine Studies (Cynology) from Compass Education and Training-The College of Animal Studies. He has worked at PetSmart as an Accredited Pet Trainer, is a Member of the Institute for Animal Care and an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. He has trained many therapy dogs and volunteers at various rescue organizations and shelters. David was also a Humane Commissioner in the City of New Haven, CT and was Vice President of the volunteer group. David is currently furthering his education with CATCH, Canine Trainers Academy. David is currently on the Fundraising Committee for A.W.S.O.M Animal Welfare Society of Monroe.
