Morning (3 hours): We'll start with a vinyasa flow to get you moving, followed by a core strength session that's fun and not too intense. We'll mix in some cardio to get your energy up, and finish with a soothing relaxation session to leave you restored and ready for lunch.
Lunch break: Bring your own food and take a breather with us – it's a great chance to chat with fellow yogis and recharge.
Afternoon: We'll ease into the afternoon with an hour and a half of somatics and yin yoga, focusing on gentle stretches and calming the mind. Next up, a peaceful silent restorative session to melt away any tension. Finally, we'll wrap up with a 30-minute yoga nidra – think of it as a guided meditation to leave you feeling super chilled 😌.
